What time do I need to be there and how do I register?
Registration opens at 8am with the opening plenary kicking off at 8:45am At registration, you’ll collect your conference lanyard. Please wear it throughout the conference, as you’ll need it for entry to sessions, the exhibition hall, and to access food and beverages across both days.
How do I get there?
The Light Rail travels right through a number of Darling Harbour stations. For PSA26, the Convention Centre stop is the closest.
Cruise into Darling Harbour on a ferry from Circular Quay and alight at Pyrmont Bay Wharf. From there, PSA26 is just a short 10-minute walk away.
ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris St near Allen St - a 10 minute walk from ICC Sydney.
The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up location is the new Iron Wharf Place opposite Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.
The venue offers over 800 parking spaces across Exhibition Centre (Car Park 1) and TikTok Entertainment Centre (CarPark 2) with additional parking available nearby.
For PSA26, Car Park 1 is the recommended option.

Supervision of Children
PSA26 aims to be a family-friendly event; however, parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and care of their children at all times. Children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian while within conference venues and event spaces. PSA does not provide or oversee childcare services and accepts no liability for the supervision of minors during the conference or associated events.
Please note that some conference areas, including exhibition spaces or sponsored activities, may have restrictions relating to children due to venue policies, safety considerations, or compliance with industry codes.
Facilities and Access
Where reasonably possible, the conference will provide facilities to support delegates attending with families, such as quiet or feeding areas. Some venues where PSA conferences are held may offer childcare facilities operated independently by the venue. Where available, delegates may liaise directly with the venue regarding access and bookings.
PSA26 is a professional conference environment and delegates are asked to ensure that all attendees respect the professional nature of the event.
